CO2 is NOT responsible for a Climate Change Emergency.
World Climate Declaration There is no climate emergency
https://clintel.org/world-climate-declaration/
There is no dispute that the climate is changing, but there is now a conclusive body of scientific knowledge that states that Climate change is NOT much at all to do with the increase in CO2.
Freedom to proceed.
This means humankind can proceed with the use of fossil fuels and use them to continue to deliver prosperity to the human race.
Also, in the event that some amount of focused climate adaption may be needed, then the power of fossil fuels offers the best coping capability.
Avoid Pollution
It does not mean that we should pollute or degrade the air sea and land, but within reason we can continue our use of the most productive forms of energy to support prosperity and evolve naturally to other forms of energy as those technologies become necessary, technologically attainable and economically viable.
Burden of Proof
If this ruling is in any manner considered in dispute, then it will be the responsibility of those that disagree to disprove the ruling with scientific measurements and facts.
The Construct…
No Scientific proof exists that demonstrates a causation that CO2 effects climate. The experience is that Climate change is more likely to affect the level of CO2.
All attempts to demonstrate and implicate CO2 in a causal relationship to global temperature have failed.
History records show that the current global temperatures are not higher than past experiences. Temperature transients have happened at least 5 times in the last 10,000 years. And in these higher temperature periods human civilizations flourished, and human civilization suffered in colder periods.
All weather and environmental conditions such as floods, droughts, storms, sea level rise that has been experienced and measured in the last 300 years show no adverse long-term trends that constitute an emergency that cannot be better managed with focused adaptation. In fact, some adverse trends have declined, and others show no adverse trends. Some isolated adverse trends have been found to be created by other factors and not climate change or CO2.
CO2 has been instrumental in greening the planet and improving the global food supply and increasing the health and biodiversity of the natural environment.

Prosperity Drives Sustainability
As society becomes more prosperous the ability to manage the sustainability of the planet, and its human population, improves exponentially.
So, our prime goal through current capabilities and new technology and social plans is to move toward global prosperity as quickly as practical.
This means we must support the most effective methods and tools to get everyone up the prosperity curve and focus on improving human flourishing factors.
This means using fossil fuels and slowly evolving to other energy forms when we are “entitled” to use them and not before, or we go backward on the real driver which is prosperity.
So… In practical terms this means halting NetZero until we have the alternative energy technologies 100% in place.. and that’s going to take quite a while.
